Our client, a law firm specializing in insurance, is looking to hire a Receptionist and Administrative Clerk for their downtown Montreal office.

Advantages
- 35h / week;

- Salary range between 40k$/year and 45k$/year (salary depending on experience;

Responsibilities
Administer and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages, priority mail and all other correspondence;
Receptionist (taking calls, directing and routing calls, etc.);
Greeting visitors;
Management of meeting rooms (agenda, cleanliness and organization of the premises);
Management of 3 email boxes;
Data entry (billing, expenses, etc.);
Filing / Archiving;
Photocopy and prepare documents for mailing, binding and filing;

Qualifications
+/- 2 year(s) experience in an administrative role;
Ability to prioritize and manage various tasks;
Ability to work well alone as well as in a team environment;
Courtesy on the phone with excellent communication and customer service skills;
High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills to work well in a diverse environment;
Strong attention to detail;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
Knowledge of MS Office suite;
