A propos du poste:
Sous la supervision de la directrice des ressources humaines et de la formation, l'assistante administrative a la reception assure le bon fonctionnement du bureau en gerant les communications (appels, courriels, messages web), les expeditions et retours de produits, ainsi que le service client. Il veille egalement a l'organisation et a la proprete des espaces de travail, tout en coordonnant les programmes de fidelite, de recompenses et la logistique du bureau.

Service a la clientele : gestion des appels, courriels et interactions en personne.
Suivi des retours de produits : gestion des expeditions et des retours selon les procedures etablies.
Organisation des espaces de travail et maintien de la proprete des espaces communs.
Traitement de la facturation en collaboration avec le departement des comptes.
Approvisionnement et gestion des stocks : fournitures de bureau, uniformes, commandes et suivi des inventaires.
Soutien aux ressources humaines : gestion des programmes de fidelite, recompenses, reconnaissances et memos internes.
Redaction et mise en page de documents et communications internes.
Redaction de proces-verbaux lors des reunions de direction.
Autres taches connexes, selon les besoins.
Avez-vous ce qu'il faut?
Min. 2 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire.
Excellente maitrise du francais et l'anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.
Maitrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office 365, notamment Excel, Word et Powerpoint).
Capacite a gerer les priorites, polyvalence, autonomie, sens du service clientele et dynamisme.
Disponibilite a travailler en presentiel dans notre bureau a Dorval 4 jours par semaine du lundi au jeudi, vendredi teletravail.

About the position:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Training, this role ensures the smooth running of the office by managing communications (calls, emails, web messages), product shipments and returns, and customer service. They also oversee the organisation and cleanliness of workspaces, while coordinating loyalty and rewards programs and office logistics.
Here's what your day will look like:
Customer service: handling calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Product returns: managing returns and shipments according to established procedures.
Workspace management and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
Billing processing in collaboration with the accounting department.
Coordination with duty-free stores across Canada for efficient operations.
Supply and inventory management: office supplies, uniforms, order placement, and inventory tracking.
HR support: managing loyalty programs, rewards, recognition, and internal memos.
Responsible for taking minutes during management meetings.
Other related tasks.
Do you have what it takes?
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Ability to manage priorities, versatility, autonomy, customer service skills, and dynamism.
Available to work in person in our Dorval office 4 days a week, from Monday to Thursday, Friday work from home.
