Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
Answer calls, messages, and emails regarding services, pricing, and appointments.
Schedule and coordinate service jobs using our booking system.
Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain basic financial records.
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate work orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area.
Assist with daily administrative tasks and light marketing (social media posts, etc.).
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Previous front-desk, customer service, or automotive experience is an asset.
Valid driver's license preferred.
