We have current job opportunity as a RECEIVER (7:00 am to 3:30 pm located in our Calgary distribution centre).RECEIVER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:xc2xb7 Verifies and keeps records on incoming product.xc2xb7 Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.xc2xb7 Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages.xc2xb7 Receives according to GMP standardsxc2xb7 Utilize proper techniques for lifting, packing, and handling heavy objects, proper cutting techniques, reaching and pushing/pullingxc2xb7 Route items to proper departments.xc2xb7 Operates reach truck or uses hand-truck to move shipments from shipping and receiving area to storage or work area.xc2xb7 Perform stock counts as necessaryxc2xb7 Maintain proper housekeeping of warehouse areaxc2xb7 Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy or quality standards for work performedxc2xb7 Ability to lift to 50 poundsxc2xb7 Competitive Compensation Package:Other added Incentives:
