Overview

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Receiver and become a vital part of our daily operations! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, ensuring that all goods are accurately received, inspected, and stored efficiently. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth warehouse distribution processes, support order fulfillment, and uphold high standards of inventory accuracy.

Duties

Receive incoming shipments by unloading trucks using a pallet jack Verify shipment accuracy against packing lists Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies thoroughly Accurately record received items in the warehouse log Stock received items in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization for easy retrieval Prepare items for order picking, packing, and shipping by organizing stock efficiently Assist with order fulfillment activities including picking & wrapping of pallets Use basic math skills to count inventory quantities and ensure accurate stock levels Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely following all safety protocols Support warehouse distribution efforts by loading & unloading trucks and preparing shipments for delivery or storage Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or related fields preferred Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Strong attention to detail to ensure precise stock handling and documentation Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy loads regularly and stand for extended periods Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively within the team 19+ years of age Serve it Right Certificate
