Source, evaluate, and select specialized suppliers and vendors, with a preference for partners that can provide small, frequent deliveries to optimize cash flow. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors, and foster collaborative relationships to improve quality and reduce lead times. Process purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring they align with project budgets and timelines, while streamlining the process to eliminate administrative waste. Coordinate with production and engineering teams across both business units to understand material specifications and implement a pull system based on actual demand. Analyze costs and supplier performance to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Administrative and General

Actively participate in value stream mapping exercises to identify and eliminate waste in the end-to-end process from supplier to customer.
