RED Mountain Resort is hiring a

Receiver

for the 2025/26 Winter Season! As a Receiver at RED Mountain, you'll ensure the smooth operation of food and beverage logistics, supporting our culinary team while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

Receive, inspect, and organize all incoming food and beverage items, ensuring accuracy, quality, and cleanliness. Place items in proper storage and maintain correct FIFO rotation. Prepare and ship products safely to other outlets as needed. Inspect deliveries for damage, temperature issues, and report concerns management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, workspaces, and storage areas according to RED and Interior Health standards. Monitor and document health and safety requirements, including cleaning schedules, vehicle inspections, and equipment maintenance. Communicate operational changes or challenges to Culinary and FOH management. Support the culinary team with inventory management, monthly counts, and daily operations. Uphold food safety standards, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times.

What We're Looking For


We're seeking detail-oriented, reliable team members who take pride in supporting culinary operations and guest satisfaction.

You bring:

0-2 years of commercial kitchen experience (warehouse, restaurant, hotel, or resort experience preferred). Food Safe Level 1 Certification. Basic understanding of commercial kitchen operations. Strong organizational, cleanliness, and time management skills. Self-motivation and the ability to respond to changing business volumes. Collaborative spirit and ability to communicate effectively with all F&B team members. Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. and working in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working indoors predominantly, with occasional outdoor duties.
