Manage verification, acceptance, counting, and inputting into D365 Microsoft system of all incoming goods and their condition.We are currently hiring a Receiving Associate for our Kent store at 45 Babineau Boulevard, Moncton, New Brunswick.What you will do:\xc2\xb7 Support the workload daily and working together with the warehouse supervisor and team\xc2\xb7 Work well in a fast-paced environment\xc2\xb7 Complete all receiving/shipping/picking/packing/inventory checks as required for quality control\xc2\xb7 Prioritize and pick material to fill and process orders\xc2\xb7 Maintain picking accuracy and responsibility for complete and correct shipments to customers\xc2\xb7 Monitor inventory levels of product daily\xc2\xb7 Print and process various documents, e.g., picklist, packing list and bill of ladings\xc2\xb7 Ensure shipping and receiving documents are completed and correct\xc2\xb7 Load and unload inbound and outbound freight\xc2\xb7 Manage and meet the needs of customer delivery dates and delivery deadlines\xc2\xb7 Assemble orders\xc2\xb7 Operate a forklift and pump truck safely\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as requiredWhat you will bring:\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills both written and spoken\xc2\xb7 Good organizational and planning skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to perform repetitive, manual material handling without restriction requiring (but not limited to) the following physical abilities: kneeling, bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping\xc2\xb7 Willingness to learn and adaptable to change\xc2\xb7 Operate with utmost professionalism and confidentiality\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in order picking, packing using RF Scanners, and general warehouse duties is an asset\xc2\xb7 Strong computer skills, specifically shipping software\xc2\xb7 Experience in logistics, dealing with various freight/courier partners\xc2\xb7 Forklift License is an assetWhat we offer:\xc2\xb7 A safe work environment\xc2\xb7 Wellness program\xc2\xb7 Scholarship and Bursaries\xc2\xb7 Employee and Family Assistance Plan\xc2\xb7 Employee discount\xc2\xb7 Health and Dental Benefits\xc2\xb7 RRSP contribution\xc2\xb7 Continuous learning and Career advancementCompany Profile:Kent is the largest retail building supply chain in Atlantic Canada.
