The receiver must ensure that the materials received and sent meet the evaluation criteria and enter them into the computer. He must ensure that the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe. The receiver must be versatile and resourceful.



Role and responsibilities



Receive and verify the identification, quantity, and quality of materials. Sort products by warehouse. Submit the delivery slip and a copy of the purchase order to the purchasing department. Prepare materials. Load and unload trucks from carriers. Enter data into various computer systems (Excel, internet, etc.). Complete the required transportation and customs documentation. Call carriers. Prepare orders for delivery. Process returns. Ensure that packaging is adequate. Maintain the warehouse. Ensure that products are properly classified in the warehouse (number, location, etc.). Return returned materials to the warehouse. Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse. Cover for one or more colleagues on the team when they are on vacation. Be receptive to helping production during busy or slow periods. Depending on operational needs, you will also be required to work in various departments such as metal fusion, masking, the paint line, and others. All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements



High school diploma or equivalent, or work experience. Minimum 6 months of experience in receiving and shipping. Experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent. Ability to meet deadlines and align productivity with the organization's performance indicators and objectives. Adaptability, learning, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with computers.

All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed
