Our client in the Greater Montreal area is looking for a Receivables and Billing Analyst. Reporting to the Controller, the incumbent will join a dynamic and expanding team. - Produce invoices for commission income and promotional expenses to suppliers according to specific agreements.
- Ensure the completeness of the billing of advertising budgets according to the various agreements made by the regions and ensure uniformity and consistency between regions.
- Understand internal systems and ensure that information from agreements is accurate, reliable and up-to-date. Suggest improvements needed to ensure systems meet these needs.
- Prepare and assemble all documentation requested by our principals to justify promotional expenses.
- Recall unpaid invoices (Collection & Follow-up).
- Report age of accounts receivable on a monthly basis.
- Apply and reconcile payments
- Ability to manipulate and maintain excel files.Qualifications
- D.E.C or BAC in accounting.
- Good command of spoken and written English and French.
- Knowledge of computer programs: Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics GP (an asset)
- Customer service skills to respond to multiple requests
- Fast, efficient and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with good organizational skills to handle large volumes of documents.Summary
