The Role
Richcraft is seeking a Receivable and Collections Coordinator. The successful candidate must bring strong interpersonal skills and mature judgement, can identify and solve problems as well as ensuring all the organization's financial processes, procedures and reporting requirements are met. The candidate should have the ability to allocate time effectively and work under pressure to produce a quality and accurate workflow.
In This Role, You Will:
Administer the collection of Commercial and Residential rental payments
Verify monthly rental charges for the Commercial and Residential portfolio
Prepare tenant statements and notices
Prepare CAM and TAX reconciliations for Commercial portfolio
Coordinate legal notices (N4, N9 for notice of default)
As requested, provide accurate and detailed reports.
Assist with process enhancement and documentation.
Assist all members of the team in times of heavy volume or special "one-off" projects.
Other duties as required.
What You Bring:
Good comprehension of residential tenancies act.
Accounting Diploma or degree is an asset.
3-5 years of experience in a property management environment with Commercial/ Residential operations and accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Consistently produces accurate and high-quality work.
Experience with Yardi or Mark Systems/ECI accounting software's are an asset.
Ensuring deadlines are met
Good time management skills
Strong problem solving/analytical skills and work ethics
Attention to detail
Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
