We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RECE to join our team at Graydon Hall Child Care Services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess the ability to create a nurturing and educational environment. This role involves caring for children, supporting their development, and ensuring their safety while fostering a positive atmosphere for learning and growth.

Duties

Provide attentive and responsive care to children in a safe environment. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood education and development. Support children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual requirements. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the best possible care for all children. Utilize strong time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively. Document children's progress through writing skills while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

Experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. Background in special education or working with people with disabilities is a plus. Proven leadership skills to guide children in group settings. Proficient computer skills for documentation and communication purposes. Organizational skills to manage classroom materials and activities efficiently.
