  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices.
  • Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses for interested parties.
  • Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations related to real estate transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Use various marketing channels to promote properties and attract potential clients.
  • Attend industry events and participate in networking activities to expand your professional network.
Requirements:
  • Valid Real Estate License in Ontario
  • Proven track record as a successful Real Estate Agent.
  • Entry level Real Estate Agents welcome.
  • You can also apply if you are nearing completion of a Real Estate licensing course.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local Real Estate market and current trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficient in using real estate databases and software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
