Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
Create and maintain listings of available properties
Guide clients through the process of making offers and negotiating contracts
Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
Provide guidance and support during the closing process
Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends Qualifications:
Must have a valid Ontario real estate license (Students nearing completion of their real estate course are also welcome)
Proven experience as a Realtor or in a similar role
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Excellent negotiation skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of property management principles
