Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential clients
Negotiate offers and contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain organized records of transactions, appointments, and client interactions using administrative tools
Requirements
Valid BC Drivers License
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for real estate and helping clients
Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
UBC Trading Services Exam - Passed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
