Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent, able to speak in Cantonese, to join our team to help with our listings and clients. Whether you prefer to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, our flexible structure allows you to choose the arrangement that best fits your business style. You'll have the freedom to build your own clientele while enjoying the benefits of shared resources, mentorship, and a supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:
A licensed Real Estate Agent in British Columbia
Bilingual in English and Cantonese
Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional, ethical, and committed to client service
Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to team success
Familiarity with Vancouver and surrounding real estate markets is an asset
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle

Responsibilities:
Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
Generate and follow up with leads through various channels
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
Prepare and present offers and contracts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, listings, and industry practices
