Responsibilities: Assist sellers in getting their properties listed on the real estate boards MLS Systems, REALTOR.ca, and various real estate advertising websites Guide sellers through offers, negotiations, and paperwork to ensure a successful sale Conduct property showings to save sellers time and cater to unrepresented buyers for potential leads Support buyers with their purchasing needs and provide Commission Rebates for their benefit Qualifications: You need a valid Real Estate License You need a proven record of past sales experience (preferred) You need to be tech-enabled and savvy You need excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills About Company: PropertyGuys.com Inc. is a private sale franchise network and marketplace.
