Join our growing team! With each client you are given the entire home-buying process will be under your direction, with advice and guidance from Team Feras Riyal. You will be the buyer\'s point of contact and make sure they have a pleasant experience throughout the whole buying process, from contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and ultimate sale. Participate in open houses, schedule showings, and take prospective buyers to see homes. Compensation: $70,000+ Responsibilities:
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
- Work hard, have fun
- Currently Have or are in the process of obtaining a real estate license
- Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career
