Compensation:
$75,000 - $250,000+ yearly commission
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Prospect for new leads to promote new businessTravailler avec des acheteurs et des vendeurs Faire visiter des proprietes Tenir des visites libres Negocier des promesses d'achat Inscrire des proprietes Faire de bon suivi Accompagner les clients dans leurs demarches Etre a l'ecoute des besoins des clients Maintenir un haut calibre de service aux clients Developper les aptitudes necessaires pour bien representer les clients et la compagnie
