In this role, you will become one of our team\'s integral Sales Representatives, entrusted with diverse client tasks ranging from partnering with seasoned investors and first-time buyers to securing tenants or assisting new rental landlord leads. You will have access to quality marketing materials, educational assets, presentation decks, and comprehensive business coaching. Pay: Commission based \xef\xbb\xbfAll applicants MUST submit a resume, and cover letter. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect and generate buyer & leasing leads
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to uphold fiduciary service to all buyer & leasing clients
  • Educate buyer & leasing clients about the home acquisition process
  • Ensure all buyer clients undergo pre-qualification with a mortgage lender/broker
  • Showcase homes and condominiums to interested home buyers & leasing clients
  • Identify and suggest homes & condos that align with the buyers\xe2\x80\x99 criteria
  • Schedule & coordinate showings with buyer and leasing clients, listing agents, and/or home sellers
  • Continually refine buyers\xe2\x80\x99 or renters\' criteria, suggesting additional homes to view as required
  • Draft and submit all purchase offers on behalf of buyer clients
  • Take charge of the entire negotiation process related to purchase offers
  • Promptly respond to all buyer client calls, texts, and emails
  • Address buyer inquiries about potential homes and provide information on the local community, including schools, transit and area development
  • Offer comprehensive pricing information & market research to buyer clients
  • Regularly reassure buyer clients of your involvement in their search and the effectiveness of the team approach
  • Keep your team leader up to date on all client communications and developments, including email copies and CRM notes
  • Diligently communicate with administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients, from initial contact through contract completion
  • Regularly participate in team meetings, training sessions and one-on-one coaching.
  • Host public open houses at our listing and provide property tours to online leads
  • Optimize personal CRM functionality & use
  • Support client retention strategies by purchasing client gifts and writing hand-written referral notes
  • Provide unparalleled client service through in-person, phone, or email communications
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years experience as a Registered Real Estate Sales Representative
  • Annual dues & continuing education credits paid and up-to-date with RECO & TREBB
  • Proficient use of Apple products, Webforms, Broker Bay, Docusign, WordPress & G-Suites is a plus
  • A University Degree or College Certificate in Business, Marketing, Social Science, or other applicable areas of study is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, time management, and negotiation abilities
  • Proven track record of multi-tasking and successfully managing multiple client transactions with a positive attitude
  • Valid G Driver\'s License
  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal communication (oral and written)
  • A positive and genuine team player with the desire to grow continuously (and a good sense of humour helps a lot)
