About us The Condo Store Realty Inc., Brokerage & TCS Marketing Systems are premier advisors and sellers of pre-construction residential real estate in Ontario. We provide our Sales Representatives with industry-leading tools, technology, and systems to help them achieve our collective targets and their individual goals. They are supported by a back-office team of industry veterans and innovators constantly looking to improve the sales and administration process for buyers, brokers, and developers. Please note we are looking for candidates who can perform this role in the Kitchener-Waterloo area at least 5 days a week, for an undisclosed number of months. Afterwards, opportunities may be available to perform this role in other locations around Southern Ontario. Overview: Sales Representatives operate on the front lines of our business, regularly meeting with and guiding realtors, brokers, and purchasers through the pre-construction residential real estate products in our portfolio. They are tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and building their network of contacts. Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture a pipeline of leads to purchase property. This can include prospecting and outreach activities including cold-calling, social media marketing, online listings, video presentations etc.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the local community and surrounding neighborhoods;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the pre-construction condominium market;
  • Consult leads on market conditions, prices, and mortgage conditions;
  • Engage, develop, and manage relationships with third party Brokers and Realtors;
  • Perform market and product research and analysis, including creating reports and presentations for client and/or executive review;
  • Organize and participate in industry-relevant events including workshops, conferences, etc.;
  • Contribute to the writing and management of important legal documents, such as Agreements of Purchase & Sale and Tarion;
  • Open, manage, and oversee sales center operations;
Our Expectations: Sales Representatives are expected to be quick on their feet with a natural talent for building interpersonal relationships with clients, realtors, and purchasers. They are regarded for their professionalism, industry knowledge, and likability. They bring a strong customer-first mindset and are self-motivated to achieve sales targets. Requirements:
  • A valid Ontario REALTOR\xc2\xae License
  • A valid G Class Drivers License and access to your own vehicle as travel to sites and clients is frequent in this role
  • At least 2 years of previous sales experience, within pre-construction residential real estate preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Temporarily, live within a commutable distance to Kitchener-Waterloo
Job Type: Part-time
