Now, we are entering a major growth phase focused on scaling our agent team. We're looking for a proven sales leader to be the cornerstone of this expansion -- someone to build our coaching platform, drive recruitment, and shape the culture of Toronto's next top brokerage.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a top-producing real estate agent (minimum 5 years earning $250K+ GCI annually) to become the cultural and performance leader of our agent community. This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the trenches -- coaching agents, recruiting talent, and building the systems that will define how Strata grows. What You'll Do
Coach & Develop Agents:
Lead our 6-month coaching program, running weekly group sessions and offering one-on-one support.
Recruit Top Talent:
Build a pipeline of new agents through our paid inbound leads, networking and social media.
Drive Performance:
Monitor agent productivity, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Manage Mentors:
Oversee our team of mentoring agents (active realtors who provide deal-level support) and serve as the escalation point for complex issues.
Build Culture:
Host monthly brokerage meetings, coordinate guest speakers, lead Monday market updates, and foster a collaborative, high-morale community.
Improve Training:
Audit and refine our sales training curriculum in collaboration with our content team.
Who You Are
A Former Top-Performing Agent:
You have earned $250K+ GCI annually for at least 5 consecutive years. You don't need to be an actively trading realtor to apply.
A Passion for Mentorship:
You naturally enjoy helping other agents succeed and have a knack for explaining complex sales concepts in a clear, supportive way.
A Natural Recruiter:
You know how to attract talent and sell a vision. You'll be equipped with our strong value proposition and will be expected to build your presence on social media to leverage it, in addition to brokerage-led lead generation, including paid media.
A Systems Thinker:
You can build repeatable processes, not just hustle harder.
A Culture Builder:
You lead by example, create energy in a room, and people genuinely want to work with you.
A Self-Starter:
You don't wait for direction -- you identify problems and solve them proactively.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
$80,000 base (On-target earnings: $150,000 - $220,000+) + uncapped bonus
Performance Bonuses:
Uncapped earning potential tied directly to agent recruiting, productivity growth, and overall brokerage success.
Benefits:

Growth Potential:
High performers will be on a path to promotion to Director of Sales, with the opportunity to manage additional Sales Managers and scale the team. This is a true meritocracy -- your earning ceiling is determined by your impact.
