Location: Royal LePage Atlantic New Minas, Nova Scotia Duration: Full time, Permanent Royal LePage Atlantic, Nova Scotia\xe2\x80\x99s largest real estate brokerage, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their Administrative Deal Support Team. As a Real Estate Sales coordinator working in a fast-paced environment, your role would include entering data, maintaining sales files as well as communicating pertinent information with real estate agents and outside offices. Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Manage incoming inquiries by phone/email \xe2\x97\x8f Enter sales into electronic filing system \xe2\x97\x8f Organize/Maintain electronic real estate transaction files \xe2\x97\x8f Create reports \xe2\x97\x8f Provide support for other team members as required \xe2\x97\x8f Front desk responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Attend scheduled meetings Core Competencies \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent attention to detail \xe2\x97\x8f Strong ability to multitask and prioritize many demands \xe2\x97\x8f Focused and organized approach to work \xe2\x97\x8f Proven ability to problem solve \xe2\x97\x8f Strong interpersonal skills \xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication skills: both verbal and written \xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in computer skills, i.e. electronic filing systems, word processing, email \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently \xe2\x97\x8f Strong time management skills Education/ Experience \xe2\x97\x8f High School Diploma required \xe2\x97\x8f Previous office experience considered an asset \xe2\x97\x8f Previous experience in a real estate environment not required Complete applications include a cover letter and current resume.
