Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and retain real estate agents to build strong sales teams.

What We're Looking For:
Licensed real estate brokers in good standing with RECO, and with proven sales success.
Prior recruiting experience (team building or brokerage recruitment is A MUST).
Strong leadership skills with a drive to advance into management or executive-level roles.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
