Job Description

We are a fast-growing real estate company and are seeking a full-time real estate recruiter. This position plays a key role in bringing in currently/newly licensed real estate professionals into our successful organization. The real estate recruiter will engage with real estate professionals both new and experienced, demonstrating how the company model can take their business to the next level. Our ideal candidate for this role is a real "sales" pro with exceptional, proven telephone prospecting skills, impeccable follow-up, and great customer service. Salary+bonus up to $200,000 *base $35,000 Compensation: $35,000 + Responsibilities:

• Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
• Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
• Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
• Contact potential real estate agents/brokers to communicate the benefits of joining our brokerage; articulate value proposition and compensation plans when appropriate
• Track all contact with the tools provided and report progress weekly to management
• Oversee all onboarding procedures of new real estate agents

Qualifications:

• Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
• 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills

• This position is often the first impression prospective agents have with our company, so personality, communication skills, and attention to detail are critical skills
• Real estate experience is preferred but not required
