We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming manner
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Manage filing systems and ensure all documents are organized
Provide clerical support, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google for various administrative tasks
Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed
Maintain the front desk area to ensure a professional appearance
Collaborate with other Branches
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Strong computer skills with experience in data entry
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective phone etiquette with strong customer service skills
Previous Real Estate experience
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
Experience in clericall tasks including filing and administrative support
Typing proficiency with the ability to proofread documents accurately
