We're now looking to expand our creative team with a talented

Real Estate Photographer & Video Editor

who can bring listings to life through striking visuals, colour-treated photography, and dynamic short-form video content.

About the Role

We're looking for a versatile visual content creator -- someone who's equally skilled with a camera and in the editing suite. This hybrid role is perfect for a detail-oriented visual storyteller who can shoot and edit both photography and video, including drone footage, social media reels, and YouTube tours. You'll collaborate closely with our agents and marketing team to capture the essence of every home and elevate the brand through compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Photograph residential and commercial interiors and exteriors using high-end DSLR/mirrorless gear. Capture and edit drone footage (licensed drone operators preferred). Film and edit horizontal walk-through videos and vertical reels for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Perform advanced colour correction, retouching, and photo enhancement for MLS and digital campaigns. Ensure brand consistency and visual standards across all content. Coordinate with real estate agents and clients to schedule and deliver shoots efficiently. Keep pace in a fast-turnaround environment while maintaining creative quality.

What We're Looking For

A strong portfolio in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle photography and video. Expertise in editing software like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or similar tools). Your own professional-grade camera gear and lenses; drone equipment is a plus. A creative eye for lighting, angles, and storytelling. Strong time management and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach GTA and the Golden Horseshoe area shoots. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment. Availability

Open to both part-time and full-time candidates -- we're looking for the righttalent first. Flexible scheduling based on project volume and candidate availability.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
