- Potential for remote work arrangementsKey Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Conduct due diligence searches, including Land Title and BC Online searches
- Draft legal documents for property sales, purchases, refinancing, and commercial mortgages
- Handle registrations and security filings
- Maintain well-organized client files and track outstanding matters
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Provide additional support as neededQualifications:- At least 5 years of paralegal experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage high workloads in a fast-paced environment
