Are you a dedicated paralegal with a passion for real estate? Look no further! We\'re on the hunt for a superstar paralegal to join our clients dynamic legal team. In this role, you\'ll embark on a journey through the intricate world of real estate law, offering invaluable support to the department.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct title searches and due diligence for residential and commercial properties

- Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions

- Coordinate with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders

- Assist in the closing process and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete

- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal

Proficient in navigating the ISC platform for Saskatchewan Corporate Registry and Land Titles Registry, with hands-on experience in various tasks, including but not limited to filings, submissions, and reporting.

Proficiency in conducting title searches and preparing legal documents

Strong organizational and communication skills
