We're hiring a Real Estate Operations Manager to work closely with the owner and run the day-to-day operations of a Top 1% Toronto real estate business. You'll be responsible for keeping the operational side of the business organized, moving forward, and executing to a consistently high standard. The ideal candidate takes real pride in their work and cares about details and follow-through, not because someone is watching, but because that's how they operate. Compensation: $74,000 - $90,000 yearly with PTO and bonus potential Responsibilities: What You'll Own o End-to-end transaction operations: listings, buyers, compliance, deadlines, and closings o Day-to-day operational health of the business o SOPs, checklists, and workflows that actually get used o CRM and operational tools (Follow Up Boss, Google Drive, Monday.com) o Oversight of future admin / EA support as the team grows The Ideal Candidate o Prefers structure, checklists, and process o Naturally takes ownership instead of waiting for direction o Notices drift early, acts without being asked, and escalates with context and proposed solutions o Makes decisions confidently within clear guardrails o Catches details others miss o Communicates clearly, directly, and professionally o Documents as they go, keep work in shared systems, and value clean handoffs o Prefers steady, tangible progress over staying busy for the sake of it Qualifications: o 3+ years in real estate operations or transaction management (sales roles do not qualify) o Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously o Ability to work primarily in the office in South Etobicoke o Lives within a 30-minute commute of South Etobicoke and has reliable access to a vehicle o Solid working knowledge of CRMs and operational tools About Company: David is a Top 1 percent agent who is proactive, strategic, and high-output.
