We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our office staff team. A qualified applicant is hard-working, detail-oriented, can multi-task and prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Prior real estate office receptionist or administrator experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Respond to general office inquiries via telephone and email.
Review and facilitate various documentation for deal transactions.
Collect deposit cheques and prepare receipts.
Perform various office-related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment.
Excellent work ethic, punctual, competitive, and customer service oriented.
Experience as real estate office receptionist or administrator is preferred.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook.
Prior experience with BrokerBay and TRREB MLS is an asset.
Able to work shifts depending on business needs.
Participates in additional training when needed.
