Job Description

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Property Administrator for a 24 Month contract with our Crown Corporation client in the GTA, ON. The successful candidate must have Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it.

The Property Administrator will have the following responsibilities:

_ Leads and implements the real estate Area Planning process that integrates regional operational plans and business / strategic objectives.

_ Develops Area Plans that position and protect the value of the real property portfolio, optimize the use of portfolio space, maximize the value of capital investments, and reduce space and real estate operating costs.

_ Key area of focus will be the administering and executing of Administrative space management within the GTA and Southwestern Ontario area implementing potential changes as it relates to the Future of Work guidelines

_ Conducts property studies and assessments related to real property portfolio planning and major real estate investment projects. Provides reports and recommendations to senior management.

_ Acts as trusted real estate advisor to regional clients.

_ Brings a sound understanding of regional operations issues in documenting functional user requirements

_ integrates regional needs with corporate space and design guidelines for all proposed facility space changes.

_ Develops business cases for facility change-related initiatives in the region. Consults with regional clients, support groups and external real estate consultants to identify and evaluate space and obsolescence issues.

The Property Administrator must meet the following mandatory requirements:

_ Completed post-secondary education in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration, OR a combination of equivalent professional experience and training.

_ 3+ years of experience in high-level stakeholder management, related to real estate would be an asset;

_ 2+ years of experience in Administrative responsibilities, documentation and reporting;

_ Proficient computer skills, including competency with Microsoft Office programs.

_ Experience with AutoCAD would be considered an asset;
