About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Real Estate Manager to play a key role in identifying new site opportunities, supporting franchisees, and managing our national real estate portfolio.

What You'll Do:

Source and evaluate 30+ new locations annually across Canada Manage the national real estate portfolio and support franchisees with lease-related matters Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, and landlords Negotiate competitive lease terms and submit proposals to secure optimal sites Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and submit required documentation Track and stay informed on real estate trends and innovations in the industry Lead the site approval process and ensure all locations meet brand and operational standards Handle various ad-hoc real estate and development tasks as needed

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business, Finance, or related field 3+ years of experience in real estate or commercial business development (franchising an asset) Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Experience in demographic analysis and developing real estate strategies Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with attention to detail Ability to travel as required Passion for the food and hospitality industry

Bonus Points For

Commercial real estate license Experience working in a franchised environment
