Licensed Real Estate Office ManagerCentury 21 Kennect Realty is seeking a full-time real estate office manager to lead our award winning fast growing brokerage.Responsibilities:

• Grow the brokerage by recruiting experienced and new agents
• Provide training to agents, assist them with their inquiries and help them to achieve their goal.
• Supervise the admin team to ensure they provide professional service to agents and clients.
• Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage.
• Ensure the brokerage, agents, and employers are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by the law, MLS and RECO regulations.
• Arrange regular meetings with agents to motivate them and discuss their needs.
• Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the companys MLS listings and all real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Cantonese is a must
• Minimum 5 years active Ontario Real Estate Sales experience with RECO Broker License in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of Real Estate office management experience.
• Very strong Real estate knowledge and experience in RECO & TREB Rules and Regulations
• Track record of success in past jobs.
• Highly skilled professional, with a thorough understanding of the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership, passionate, people-oriented individuals who operate with high urgency, due diligence, care and patience with agents\' questions and inquiries.
• Independent worker and team player.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
