Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Licensed Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid real estate license and have a passion for the real estate industry. This role involves supporting the lead agent or broker with various administrative tasks, client interactions, and property transactions to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Client Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in managing client relationships and maintaining client satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Schedule and confirm appointments for property showings, inspections, and closings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally. Administrative Support: \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and process real estate documents, contracts, and forms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain organized records of transactions, correspondence, and client information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed. Property Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in listing properties by preparing marketing materials, taking photographs, and uploading property details to MLS and other listing platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate property showings, open houses, and virtual tours. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update and maintain property listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Transaction Coordination: \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely closings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the transaction process. Compliance and Ethics: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have a valid Real Estate License \xe2\x80\xa2 Previous experience in real estate or related field preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and multitasking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., MLS systems, CRM software). \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
