First Stays is a real estate leasing agency. We are a young, energetic, and dedicated team of 13 people - 20 to 30 years old with a strong culture in a fast-paced environment. Our office is located in Westmount, Montreal and ambitions to expand beyond that.WeaEUR(TM)re a company with no politics or aEUR~red tapeaEUR(TM) - you want to get something done, you will have the latitude and opportunity to run with it, giving you the chance to take ownership of your results with no ceiling of what you can accomplish.We are looking for a full time real estate leasing agent (no broker license required) who will be responsible to lease up buildings. We are looking for a talented and motivated leasing agent, who wants a challenging career working in residential real estate.Despite the standard job title, this is not your standard opportunity. Expect to have a diverse, demanding and complex set of tasks where you will manage a high volume of candidates. You will play an integral part in our relationships with our partners that range from mid size real estate investors (+250 units) to institutional real estate players.We require someone with a deep passion for real estate who has the ambition to learn and grow within the organization.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: A Encourage viewings with all prospective tenantsA Qualify prospective tenants to determine their needs and suitability as candidatesA Tour prospective tenants through apartments for rentA Answer phone calls and give out leasing information as dictated by policy/procedureA Assist with the composition of advertisementsA Prepare and process rental applicationsA Contact and/or verify credit bureau, previous landlords, and employers to assess credit worthiness of prospective tenantsWhat we have to offerA First Stays is committed to providing a work-smart environment that supports learning, encourages teamwork and empowers individuals.A 3 weeks of paid vacation per year.A A good working environment with people caring about each other.A Team lunch every week and company outings.A Base Salary: 36k/year + Significant monthly sales commissionsRequirements of Real Estate Leasing AgentA 1 year of leasing experience or any real estate/sales experience (recommended but not required)A Customer service and sales skills.A Ability to perform in a team environment.A Ability to work weekends.A Have a car.We thank all those who apply, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Type d'emploi : Temps pleinSalaireA: a partir de 55A000,00$ par anAvantagesA:
