ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE LAWYER
to joint its team.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated, hard-working, and personable Associate Lawyer who has experience in a variety of residential and commercial real estate matters including purchases, sales, financing and leasing to join our Firm.

GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years' experience in a Real Estate Law Firm
A strong work ethic
Entrepreneurial spirit and good business instincts
Sound judgement and analytical skills
Excellent advocacy skills
Be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of experience of practicing as a Real Estate Lawyer within a law firm.
Handle time pressure situations and stress of multiple shifting demands
The ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changing demands of the job
Excellent verbal and written communication skills when dealing with lawyers, clients, staff and third parties including a positive telephone presence;
Well versed in Conveyancing Software, Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel;
Handle the pressures of working in a fast-paced environment, including balancing deliverables from multiple individuals with varying levels of importance and urgency & be able to meet strict deadlines;
Ability to multi-task and problem solve with limited supervision;
Remarkable teamwork & organizational skills are essential in this role; and
Any language skills (verbal) considered to be an asset.
