Job Description
We are a Real Estate Law Firm practicing in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. We practice Residential & Commercial Real Estate and Wills & Estates.
We are looking for a Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our growing practice at our Toronto office. We require:
The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, duties and responsibilities :
- Knows how to handle all aspect of real estate transactions from start to end

Location: Toronto
- Training will be done remotely from our Toronto Office
- Experience with Unity and Teraview and Microsoft Word
- Has the ability to supervise and oversee the law clerks handling of residential purchase, sale, and refinance transactions
- Has the ability to explain the legal processes and procedures related to real estate transactions to clients
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to take initiative and ability to work independently
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Professional, punctual and excellent communication skills, both written and oral
