Practice Area: Real Estate Law

We are currently seeking a talented Real Estate Attorney to join our team. Our firm is renowned for its exceptional real estate practice, where we handle a wide range of real estate matters, including small and large subdivisions, commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing, commercial lending, and more. We excel at creating and reviewing charges on title such as statutory rights of way, covenants, easements, and options to purchase. Additionally, we assist clients with strata property and Indian land matters. We regularly represent both borrowers and lenders in residential and commercial financings. As part of our estate practice, we provide valuable assistance to executors and trustees in dealing with property as part of the administration of an estate.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in British Columbia, Canada.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate law (Corporate Law and Wills, Trusts, and Estates experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in handling real estate transactions, including complex matters.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to provide strategic legal advice in various real estate scenarios.
• Detail-oriented with a dedication to delivering top-notch legal services.

Salary: Competitive base salary starting at $80,000
