Job Description
Our Client is one of Windsor\xe2\x80\x99s premiere residential redevelopment company. We\xe2\x80\x99re currently seeking a Real Estate Investor Apprentice to join our team, with a focus on residential real estate investment and development properties. If you are a driven individual then this is the position for you.Responsibilities:
- Execute the marketing techniques to generate leads from motivated sellers.
- Take calls from and make calls to potential sellers, agents, and other professionals that are in contact
- Conduct repair estimates, deal analysis, and structuring and negotiating offers on residential
- Setup meetings and network with contractors, investors, realtors, etc.
- Prepare scopes of work for contractors and help manage rehab projects.
- Improve and sustain tracking of the efficiency of all systems implemented
- Operate and maintain the filing system.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Continue to train, grow, improve, and perfect your craft.
