We are a Canadian-based Real Estate Virtual Assistance company seeking experienced, talented, and proactive Real Estate Executive Assistants based in Alberta!

Please note:

we only hire applicants with real estate administrative experience. This does not include exclusive law clerk or conveyancing experience unless it is paired with substantial real estate support work.

This is a full-time contract position, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST. We do not offer part-time, evening, or weekend hours.

What we expect from you:

1+ years of REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE experience in Alberta Total of 3+ years of executive assistance experience Strong background in managing real estate paperwork; experience with CREA WEBFormsor SkySlope is a valuable plus Experience and efficient use of MLS/PropTx (Matrix(TM) and/or Paragon) Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage contacts and create action plans/drip campaigns Extremely strong and proactive communication Professionally set up with your own working equipment and private home office/area Loving what you do!

Position Details:

$25.00/hour Expected hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Standardly 30-40 hrs/week

Please note that if you do not have the real estate administrative experience we require, we will not be moving forward. This is a plug-and-play position that requires extensive experience and minimal to no training.
