About the role

We're looking for a Real Estate Coordinator to join our growing team!

What you'll do here:

  • Update and maintain Lease database including tracking all important notice and option dates
  • Manage the filing of all lease and related documents and correspondence
  • Invoice processing and rent payments
  • IFRS quarterly reporting
  • Location Summary Analysis and assist National Director with development of business cases
  • Landlord account management
  • Administrative support to National Director and Managers of Project Management and Facilities as needed
What you bring to the table:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a coordinator/administrative role within real estate
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to show initiative and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Demonstrated ability to work with time sensitive and confidential information
