We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Real Estate Broker & Sales Branch Manager

to provide leadership, mentorship, and sales support to a growing real estate branch. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong coaching abilities, dedicated to driving agent success and business growth. This role requires a highly organized, results-driven professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. A passion for mentorship, compliance, and implementing effective sales strategies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary resource for agents, offering guidance, compliance oversight, and professional support. Lead onboarding, training, and mentorship programs that foster professional development and agent growth. Collaborate with leadership to align business goals and ensure agents have the tools they need to succeed. Stay current with real estate industry trends and implement best practices to enhance sales performance. Support agents in developing and executing business plans that increase productivity and results. Organize training sessions, workshops, and strategy meetings to build skills and encourage collaboration. Play an active role in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new agents to strengthen the branch. Ensure compliance with RECO, ethics, and regulatory standards across all transactions.

Desired Qualifications:



Minimum 10 years' experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker, with 5-10 years in a management role. Active Ontario Real Estate Broker License (required). Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and connect with agents. Proven success in training, mentorship, and sales strategy execution. High ethical standards and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong organizational, presentation, and leadership abilities. MLS systems TRREB platforms BrokerBay, SkySlope, etc. Lead management/CRM tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Professional, approachable, and capable of building trust at all levels. Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.

Pay: $70,460.00-$80,064.00 per year
