We are seeking a Real Estate Admin/ Bookkeeper to join our team and manage all financial transactions, from recording day-to-day financial activities to preparing financial reports. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and is competent in Full Cycle Bookkeeping, Cash Flow and Budgeting, Clean up of Company Records, Financial Reporting, Government Remittances, Audit Preparation Office Management, Payroll and Commissions.
Bookkeeping Experience, a MUST
Real Estate / Construction Office Experience, a BONUS.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records.
Enter data into accounting software programs.
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
Assist in scheduling project completion
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
Analyze financial information and prepare reports.
Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
Assist with audits.
Prepare permit application packages for submission to the municipality
Preparing offers, amendments, waivers and processing deals
Be proactive and take the initiative
Multitask and prioritize daily workload
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00-$40,000.00 per month
