Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and professional Real Estate Associate to join our newly created real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing, negotiation and sales skills, with a passion for the real estate market. This role involves assisting clients in buying and selling residential properties in Ottawa and surrounding areas while providing excellent customer service. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is essential in this position.

Duties

Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties. Conduct market research to identify property values and trends. Prepare and organize property listings, marketing materials, and client documentation. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions in the database. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and property managers. Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse clients. Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests during transactions. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with real estate software and tools.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
