Who We Are:



Agueci Calabretta, colloquially known as AC Law, is a boutique law firm focused on debtor/creditor law with an emphasis on mortgage enforcement and real estate transactions for financial institutions. Working with lawyers and law clerks, our team is well equipped to address any real estate matters, from simple closings of purchases, sales, mortgages, and refinances, to acting on behalf of institutional mortgage and private lenders.

What We Are Looking For:



We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Lawyer to join our dynamic and growing firm in servicing our financial institution clients. The successful candidate will have five to seven years of residential real estate conveyancing and refinancing experience. The successful candidate must also have experience in resolving complex title insurance issues. Exposure to power of sale and mortgage enforcement is an asset.

Requirements:



Minimum 5-7 years previous experience as a Real Estate Lawyer Knowledge of mortgage enforcement and power of sale (preferred)
