Compensation:
$40,000 - $70,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions
Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, goals, and timelines
Manage property showings, open houses, and client follow-ups
Utilize company-provided
leads and CRM systems
to build the client pipeline
Prepare and present Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and listing proposals
Draft offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through the entire transaction process
Collaborate with in-house
marketing personnel
to enhance your personal brand
Participate in ongoing
training sessions, workshops, and mastermind meetings
Stay informed about market trends, inventory, and local real estate developments
Maintain RECA and EREB compliance and uphold the highest professional standards
Qualifications:
Must be a
licensed Real Estate Associate
in Alberta (RECA compliant)
Member (or eligible to become a member) of
EREB and AREA
Passionate about helping people and building long-term client relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM platforms and digital tools
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset
