We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant/Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients. This role is essential in facilitating smooth administrative operations within our office and assisting clients throughout their real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
Prepare legal documents and organize client files for all real estate closings, on strict timelines.
Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on transactions and addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.
Answering phone, checking and responding to emails, all necessary communications to assist clients effectively and courteously, and any other daily administrative tasks required.
Skills
Previous experience in preparing/closing real estate transactions is required.
Knowledge and experience with Unity, Teraview, Title Insurance, Word, Outlook is required.
Law Clerk Diploma an asset, but not a requirement.
Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and accurately, to both clients and colleagues.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
