: Supporting the Agent/sales team in pursuing new business opportunities, understands all tasks, processes and procedures associated with the home buying, selling, and leasing process. Develop, initiate, and oversee all social media campaigns, including ensuring all content is current and provides a maximum positive impact for the team. Preparing presentations and pitch materials for new business pursuits. Collecting supporting documentation for real estate transactions to complete the Deal Sheet, FINTRAC, all other RECO, Cornerstone related required documents for compliance purposes. Manage client files and compile databases for clients
Qualifications:
? Real Estate admin: 2 years (required)
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Excellent organizational skills
? Tech Savvy - proficient with Lonewolf system, Webforms, BrokerBay, Cornerstone MLS, Authentisign or Docusign, CRM software, (KW Command Bonus)
? Familiar with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software
This is a full-time position 35 + hours per week.
