  • Excellent Communication Skills, Speaks and Writes Fluently in English
  • 2+ Years of Experience with MLS and Matrix Multiple Listing Platforms
  • 2+ Years of Experience with CREA Webforms and Adobe Acrobat/DocuSign
  • 2+ Years of Executive Assistant Experience
  • Fluent in OREA Forms
  • Proficient with Excel/Sheets & Word/Doc
  • Highly Detail-oriented and Super Organized
  • Holds a Valid Ontario Drivers License

  • Client Experience Care (20%)
  • Assistant to Team (20%)
  • Tenant Screening (10%)
  • Listing Activity Follow-up Calls (10%)
  • Coordinate & Book Showings (10%)
  • MLS Management, Including Uploading & Updating Listings (10%)
  • Client-Facing Closing Coordination (10%)
  • Documentation/Cloud Organization (5%)
  • Internal Transaction Coordination (5%)
HOURS: The standard working hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM, but it will be important to maintain a flexible working schedule. If things come up outside of these hours and the team needs your assistance, then you would be expected to do whatever it takes to get things done. However, if work is done early on other days, then you\xe2\x80\x99re free to call it a day! We strive to ensure the best work/life balance as possible. 20+ hrs Part-time to start. Subsequent Full-time position available, if you\xe2\x80\x99re assessed as a good long-term fit. WAGES $18 - $22 per hour based on experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations:
